Leadership & Organizational Depth
At AION Management, strong leadership isn’t just a talking point—it’s embedded in how we operate. Our structure is built around three interconnected tiers: an executive team based in Philadelphia, a regional support layer throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, and more than 500 on-site employees who serve as the foundation of our communities every day.
What sets AION apart is the depth of expertise within each function. Finance, human resources, marketing, technology, service operations, and systems training are all led by dedicated professionals focused on strategy, accountability, and performance. Every department is actively managed by experienced leaders who understand both the complexities of property management and the expectations of the owners and residents we serve.
Maintenance Excellence & Team Development
We are committed to raising the standard for maintenance operations across our entire portfolio. Service teams are led by CFC-certified Service Directors and supported by Regional Service Directors who provide hands-on training, quality oversight, and technical guidance in the field.
To further elevate the skill and readiness of our teams, a dedicated Maintenance Training Development Center provides immersive, hands-on training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and more. This state-of-the-art facility gives technicians real-world experience before they step onto a property.
