AION Partners, a leading national real estate owner and operator of workforce multifamily housing, is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with Vintage Strategies at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and a global institutional investor. This collaboration includes:

A $700 million recapitalization of the AION 12 Portfolio , consisting of 3,962 apartments across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
A $1 billion joint venture , targeting 4,000 to 6,000 new workforce housing units through value-add multifamily acquisitions backed by a $300 million equity commitment .

Nataly has been such an asset to the site since she was hired. Her hard work and dedication made our decision to promote her a no-brainer! She is funny, kind, and best dressed in the office! We are so lucky to have her on the team. Congrats on this well-deserved promotion!

Charisse started with AION as a temp in June of 2022 and due to her impeccable work ethic was promoted to full time by September. Since then, said has never wavered and only showed more promise as time went on; exhibiting natural leadership, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Notable examples are serving as an unofficial mentor to the less experienced leasing associate, following up with the maintenance team on scheduled projects in the absence of REM without prompting to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks, coming well prepared to all staff meetings with any pertinent leasing information, to name a few. Though the site works as a team on most aspects, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention her contributions to all 3 metrics of occupancy, delinquency, and renewals; a driving factor in increasing its stagnant 92% occupancy to pushing close to 96% today with 95% trend, mitigating delinquency calls and ensuring timely payments within her power, and since the start of her AREM training program at the beginning of March shown REM in 30 of the 90-day timeframe that she is more than capable of handling her upcoming duties, allowing for an early promotion! Including achieving a 100% renewal percentage her first time around.

There is no shortage of words to express how lucky Woodlands and AION are to have an employee so dedicated to her property but more importantly to her staff always striving to be a team player first which I could not vouch for more.

Jamila Hopkins was promoted to Regional Real Estate Manager of Maryland from Real Estate Manager at The Ridge. Jamila has proven her abilities by always being there for anyone who needs assistance and guidance. She is a team player; her property has consistently performed, and she is fully committed to the success of her team and her peers. We are excited to have her step into this new role to expand her skills and grow the entire MD region!

Nyasia Roman was promoted to Real Estate Manager from Assistant Manager at Parc at Cherry Hill. We are so excited for Nyasia to take the role of REM. She has been with AION For years and refuses to fail or give up no matter what obstacles she faces. She is hard-working with a huge heart, and we know she will do amazing things in her new role!

Caitlyn Saggese was promoted to Real Estate Manager at Cherry Hill Towers from Real Estate Manager at Parc at Cherry Hill. She started at Cherry Hill Towers and found her way back home. Everyone who knows Caitlyn falls in love with her personality and determination. We are all so proud of her and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes in her new role!

Angela Pike was promoted to Regional Real Estate Manager from Multi-Site Real Estate Manager. Angela was a multi-site REM for 3 properties. She has been with AION since October 2017. She is the go-to team member and has always strived for success in not only her position but also to assist others. We are so proud of her promotion to Regional Manager which she has worked hard to obtain this goal!

Celebrating our January & February AION Promotions!

Congratulations to Anna Strieter for her promotion to Senior Real Estate Manager at Pointe at River City! Anna has been working in the Richmond market with training and property operations and was previously managing Reserves at Tidewater, she was overseeing 640 units at Tidewater and will now be managing 1,184 units at Pointe at River City!

Alyssa Foronda joined the marketing team in 2022 as a Marketing Associate. In 2023 Alyssa began spearheading much of AION’s Property Social Media presence and has since branched into assisting with the corporate social identity. She was promoted to Social and Reputation Strategist and we are excited to see the creativity and out-of-the-box thinking that Alyssa is bringing to this position.

Sal Dragone joined the marketing team in April 2024 as a Marketing Associate. Sal quickly jumped in and using his background in software engineering and UI/UX development has assisted in enhancing AION’s digital presence. Promoted to Digital Content Strategist in 2024, Sal is diving into AION’s digital presence and working to take the user experience to the next level.

The AION Team is pleased to announce our new Regional Vice President – Tricia Corwin. Tricia is overseeing the Mid-West portfolio that consists of over 4,600 units covering Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana. Over the past 15+ years, she has gained knowledge in building and growing Property Management divisions and regions. She brings to AION skills that have proven to deliver results by stabilizing teams and assets. These skills include writing and launching policies and procedures for operations, facilities, and accounting, hiring, training, and retaining new talent. She does this by focusing on people both internally and externally and on financial solvency through standards and accountability.

Prior to AION, Tricia was a Regional Vice President for Winn Residential and the Director of Property Management for TREK Development group, where she sat on the leadership team to help build and develop the Property management division, which is now over 1500 units and still growing.

Tricia currently holds a PHM certification, ARM, and CPM candidate designation from IREM and sits on the PAHMA board. Please join us in welcoming her to the AION Management Team.
